My Inspiration stems from my love for experiencing and learning from different cultures. Documenting a place and its people photographically allows me to tell a visual story. A concern and respect for individual human life is central to my work. My images explore daily life: people gathering at a market, a woman receiving confession, a man plowing his field with oxen, a bicycle awaiting its owner. Through my vision, I hope to provide insight into the lives and cultures that I am privileged to experience. The end product – photographs – enables me to share my experiences with others and, more important, to honor the land and its people.
